1.1 Seven Tea: part of Roeraade Consultancy B.V. established in Haarlem and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under Commercial Register 34147139.

1.3 Customer: any visitor of the website or any natural or legal person that is or will be in a contractual relationship of any kind with Seven tea.
Article 2 – Applicability of General Conditions
2.1 These general conditions apply to every offer of Seven Tea and any agreement reached at a distance between Seven Tea and customer.
2.2 If the customer in his / her assignment, confirmation or acceptance notification provisions or conditions include that differ from or are not included in these conditions, these are not binding for Seven Tea unless and only if they are accepted by Seven Tea in writing and signed and dated by the shareholders.
2.3 By using the Seven Tea website and / or placing an order the general conditions of Seven Tea will be accepted.
Article 3 – Agreement
3.1 The agreement is established at the time of customer acceptance of the offer of Seven Tea and compliance with the terms and conditions that are made available during the ordering process by Seven Tea.
3.2 Seven Tea may cancel the orders or not to accept an order for the following reasons:
if there is a technical error and / or a typographical error in pricing or other details of products listed on the website at the time of the order, if the ordered products are not available or out of stock, if Seven Tea detected that the order may be fraudulent or if there are reasons to suggest that the customer is a minor, if Seven Tea could not deliver at the specified delivery address. Seven Tea will then repay in full any amounts paid.
Article 4 – Prices and information
4.1 All prices on the website and on other from Seven Tea-derived materials are in euro’s and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Shipping costs will be clearly stated before the conclusion of the agreement. These costs will or will not be shown separately in the order process. The shipping costs will not be added after the conclusion of the agreement.
4.3 The content of the website has been compiled with the utmost care. Seven Tea cannot guarantee that all information on the website at any time is accurate and complete. All prices and other information on the website and in other Seven Tea-derived materials are therefore subject to possible typographical errors. Products may vary slightly from the images recorded on the website.
Article 5 – Payment
5.1 The customer must comply with Seven Tea payments according to the payment methods specified in the ordering process or on the website.
5.2 Seven Tea is entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend (further) delivery until the customer has completely fulfilled the obligation to pay.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 indicates the period within which supplied the products on the website. The above delivery times are indicative only and are never a deadline. If no delivery date has been agreed or indicated, the products in any case will be delivered within 30 days.
6.2 The customer is required to fill in the correct personal information. This to avoid incidents in delivery, such as wrong addresses, impossibility to see someone at the address.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
7.1 The customer has the right to terminate the agreement with Seven Tea within a period of 14 calendar days after delivery of the product without giving any reason and without charge.
7.2 If the customer wants to use the right of withdrawal, the customer must respond within 14 days in writing to Seven Tea by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
7.3 The customer must return the product as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days after the customer has indicated that they want to use right of withdrawal and return it in its original condition and packaging and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Seven Tea. The products can be returned to the following address: Seven Tea, Oostenrijklaan 18, 2034 BH, Haarlem, Netherlands.
7.4 During this period the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product can only be returned if the following conditions are met:
the product is unused,
the product is unopened,
the product is complete,
the product is undamaged.
7.5 The shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer.
7.6 If the customer uses the right of withdrawal Seven Tea will fully refund the customer, including any costs paid by the customer before shipping. The costs for returning the product are paid by the customer.
7.7 The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the date the customer has indicated that it wishes to use the right of withdrawal. Seven Tea is entitled to postpone repayment until the product has been received and checked for damages.
7.8 For reimbursement Seven Tea uses the same means of payment used by the customer unless the customer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the customer.
Article 8 – Complaints
8.1 Seven Tea is committed to deliver the orders flawlessly and on time. Complaints about the order, delivery or the products have to be reported in writing within 30 days after delivery of Seven Tea. After this period the customer loses the right to lodge a complaint.
8.2 Seven Tea is not obliged to fulfil and is not obliged to pay any damages if the order by so called acts of God is delivered incorrect or not fully to the customer.
Article 9 – Intellectual property rights
9.1 The intellectual property rights on the website and all other Seven Tea-derived materials, including without limitation copyrights on logos, slogans, images, photographs and other material are held by Seven Tea or third parties engaged by Seven Tea.
9.2 Visitors to the website are not entitled to copy or use any content of this website or any other of Seven Tea-derived materials without written permission of Seven Tea, in any way, in whole or in part, to make available to third party (ies) to reproduce, distribute, transmit or in any way to process or recycle into another document or other material.
Article 10 – Personal Information
10.1 The customer is aware that certain personal information will be provided to Seven Tea when online orders are placed.
10.2 The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act (WBO).
10.3 With the acceptance of these terms and conditions the customer gives Seven Tea consent to the processing of his / her personal data in connection with commercial use for Seven Tea.
Article 11 – Disputes
11.1 Any legal relationship or dispute with Seven Tea is governed by Dutch law.
